Garden Studios
An open-plan room with a queen bed and plump feather duvet. There is a single window divan bed, perfect for enjoying a good book, and the ensuite bathroom comes with complimentary toiletries. Our Garden Studios are also equipped with a fridge, tea & coffee facilities, microwave, toaster & sunny veranda.
Please note that children under the age of 7 may not be accommodated in our Garden Studios.

OTHER FACILITIES: Guest lounge with Sky TV, book and DVD library, free wifi, guest BBQ, free spades and beach towels for hot water beach, laundry facilities.
BOOKING POLICY: We do have a minimum stay booking policy during the summer & peak seasons and public holidays. There may be 1 day vacancies between bookings so please enquire.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you cancel your reservation within 7 days of arrival, you will incur a $100 charge.
Cancellation within 48 hours of arrival will incur the full charge of your stay.
Group Bookings and Long Stay:
A group booking or long stay is any reservation of 6 or more nights in any single accommodation or combination of accommodations.
Group bookings / Long stays may be cancelled up to 28 days before check-in with no fee.
Should you cancel within 28 days of check-in, a cancellation fee of 25% of the cost of your reservation will apply.
Should you cancel within 48 hours of check-in or in case of no-show, the total cost of your reservation will be charged.
We highly recommend ensuring you have adequate travel insurance in case of unforeseen changes to your travel plans.
