Self-Contained Cottages

These are our largest cottages, consisting of a queen bedroom, separate bathroom and open-plan kitchen & lounge area with a 32" TV/DVD .
The kitchen is equipped with a double hob and cooking utensils, while the bathroom has a large open shower and complimentary toiletries.
Two of our cottages are equipped with cosy little woodfires; ideal for a mid winter getaway.
Our Self-Contained Cottages are also equipped with two single divan beds in the lounge area, perfect for extra guests or family.
The large private balcony looks into the garden and has timber outdoor furniture.

OTHER FACILITIES: Guest lounge with Sky TV, book and DVD library, free wifi, guest BBQ, free spades and beach towels for hot water beach, laundry facilities.
BOOKING POLICY: We do have a minimum stay booking policy during the peak season and public holidays. There may be 1 day vacancies between bookings so please enquire.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If you cancel your reservation within 7 days of arrival, you will incur a $100 charge.
Cancellation within 48 hours of arrival will incur the full charge of your stay.                                             
Group Bookings and Long Stay: 
A group booking or long stay is any reservation of 6 or more nights in any single accommodation or combination of accommodations.
Group bookings / Long stays may be cancelled up to 28 days before check-in with no fee.
Should you cancel within 28 days of check-in, a cancellation fee of 25% of the cost of your reservation will apply.
Should you cancel within 48 hours of check-in or in case of no-show, the total cost of your reservation will be charged.
 
We highly recommend ensuring you have adequate travel insurance in case of unforeseen changes to your travel plans.
