Terms & Conditions
You must be 18 years old or over to book.
Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
Credit card details are required at time of booking as security and to confirm your reservation.
Children under the age of 7 may not be permitted to stay a Garden Studio.
Cooking is only permitted in cottages with cooking facilities.
It is not permitted to use any type of portable cooking equipment in any room, cottage or balcony.
Pets are not permitted to stay.
Check-in / Check-out
Check-in is from 1.00pm.
Check-out is at 10 am.
Late check-outs may be available at the discretion of the manager, and at an additional fee.
Late check-out at 11 am – $30.
Late check-out at 12 pm – $60.
Late check out fees for The House are double the fees noted above.
Infants (0-2) are free of charge unless requiring a porta-cot/crib.
Portacots are availble at a cost of $5.00 per night.
Children under the age of 7 may not be permitted to stay in a Garden Studio.
We highly recommend ensuring you have adequate travel insurance in case of unforeseen changes to your travel plans.
This policy applies to reservations of up to 6 nights.
Reservations of 6 nights or longer will fall under our Long Stay policy.
Reservations may be cancelled up to 7 days before check-in with no fee.
If you cancel your reservation within 7 days of arrival, you will incur charges equal to the cost of the first night’s accommodation.
Cancellation within 48 hours of arrival will incur the full charge of your stay.
All cancellations must be made via email.
Group Bookings & Long Stay Policies
A group booking or long stay is any reservation of 6 or more nights in any single accommodation or combination of accommodations.
Group bookings / Long stays may be cancelled up to 28 days before check-in with no fee.
Should you cancel within 28 days of check-in, a cancellation fee of 25% of the cost of the reservation will apply.
Should you cancel within 48 hours of check-in or in case of no-show, the total cost of your reservation will be charged.
We will follow official advice and restrictions.
Should there be an official travel restriction due to Covid-19 that means you are unable to travel to us, you will be able to cancel your booking without penalty.
You must email us as soon as it is known that you will be unable to travel in order to avoid cancellation penalties.
Our Covid-19 policy may change as official advice and restrictions change.
