Booking Terms
You must be 18 years old or over to book.
Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
Credit card details are required at time of booking as security and to confirm your reservation.
Children under the age of 7 may not be permitted to stay a Garden Studio.
Cooking is only permitted in cottages with cooking facilities.
It is not permitted to use any type of portable cooking equipment in any room, cottage or balcony.
Pets are not permitted to stay.
Check-in / Check-out
Check-in is from 1.00pm.
Check-out is at 10.00am.
Late check-outs may be available at the discretion of the manager, and at an additional fee.
Late check-out at 11 am – $40.
Late check-out at 12 pm – $80.
Late check out fees for The House are double the fees noted above.
Child Policy
Infants (0-2) are free of charge unless requiring a porta-cot/crib.
Portacots are availble at a cost of $10.00 per night.
All other children aged 3-14 at time of staying are $25/night.
Insurance
We highly recommend ensuring you have adequate travel insurance in case of unforeseen changes to your travel plans.
Payments.
Any reservations that are not pre-paid must be paid upon arrival.
Please note that payments via Credit Card will attract a 1.75% surcharge.
We accept Visa and Mastercard.
There is no surcharge for payments via debit card, cash or bank transfer.
If you would like to pay by bank transfer, please email us for our bank details.
Cancellation Policy
STANDARD POLICY.
Reservations cancelled one week or more before check-in are charged no fee.
Reservations cancelled within one week of check-in are charged the cost of the first night.
Reservations cancelled within 48 hours of check-in are charged the full cost of the reservation.
PEAK SEASON POLICY.
For bookings with a check-in date between December 14th, 2024 and March 1st, 2025.
Reservations cancelled three weeks or more before check-in are charged no fee.
Reservations cancelled within three weeks of check-in are charged 50% of the total reservation.
Reservations cancelled within three days of check-in are charged the full cost of the reservation
All cancellations must be made via email.
Group Bookings
STANDARD GROUP BOOKING POLICY.
A Standard Group Booking is any booking of 6 or more rooms or cottages with stay dates between Labour weekend and Easter inclusive.
Standard Group bookings will require a 25% non-refundable deposit per room or cottage within a week of the booking being made. This will either be charged to the credit card used to make the booking or can be paid by bank transfer.
Cancellations or reductions in stay within 3 weeks of check-in will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking cost of the room being cancelled.
Cancellations made within 3 days of check-in will be subject to cancellation fee equal to the total cost of the reservation being cancelled.
PEAK SEASON GROUP AND LONG STAY BOOKING POLICY.
A Peak Season Group Booking or Long Stay is any booking of 6 or more nights across one or more rooms or cottages with any stay dates between December 21 and January 4 inclusive.
Peak Season Group Bookings and Long Stays will require a 25% non-refundable deposit per room or cottage to be paid by August 1st.
This will either be charged to the credit card used to make the booking or can be paid by bank transfer.
Cancellations or reductions in stay within 3 weeks of check-in will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking cost of the room being cancelled.
Cancellations made within 3 days of check-in will be subject to cancellation fee equal to the total cost of the reservation being cancelled.
Please ensure that you are confident of the number of rooms you require for your group or stay, as any rooms that are cancelled or reduced after the deposit has been paid will forfeit the deposit for that room.
This applies equally to both Standard and Peak Season Group bookings.
Deposits will not be credited to the remaining rooms.
All cancellations must be made via email.
